Greetings for the year 2025

At the dawn of the year 2025, I wish you all good health and happiness.
This year is the 2685th year of the Imperial Era, the 2025th year of the Western calendar, the 2025th year of the Japanese calendar, the 2025th year of the Heisei 37th year, the 100th year of the Showa era, the 114th year of the Taisho era, and the 158th year of the Meiji era. Last year was the 50th anniversary of our company’s founding. This year is a year of new beginnings. Let us all join forces and make this a great year with our unrivaled efforts.

Capturing Both Sides of Crisis and Opportunity
This year’s zodiac sign is the snake. Some people may have the impression that the snake is frightening, but it is a multifaceted symbol. Since ancient times, the snake has been a symbol of wisdom and eternal rebirth. The snake’s flexibility to change its form and adapt to any environment is something that can be seen in today’s rapidly changing corporate management.
The election of Mr. Trump as President of the United States in 2024 had a great impact on us all. His policies are likely to take on a more protectionist tinge, as they did last time, and trade negotiations between the two countries and currency issues may come up again.
But we cannot stop here. Like a snake shedding its skin and growing, we must find opportunities in the midst of crisis, flexibly review our business strategies, and aim for steady growth.
This year, let us work toward the following five goals:
First, we will manage our business by valuing five people by conducting and practicing Philosophy study meetings at least once a week. second, we will practice health management by using AIDINING,AIDOJO at least once a week. third, we will improve the quality of our business by improving the quality of our products and services. (Smoking rate is to be reduced to 15% or less.) The third is to reduce defects after shipment from the factory to zero by thoroughly examining Q (quality), D (delivery date), and C (cost) before submitting quotations and solving problems.
The fourth is to increase work efficiency by 20% and annual income of all employees by 20% by utilizing DX and 5S in their work.
The fifth is DX and GX, Fifth, develop and market products that integrate DX, GX, and robot technology.
The “Year of the Snake” is a year of wisdom and action to pave the way. Together with all of you, let us continue to grow toward a bright future in this year.
The new type of coronavirus infection has been moved to category 5 and its impact on the economy has lessened, but let’s continue to work together to prevent infection and make this a great year for all of us. I look forward to your success and hope that you will achieve your MP this year.
