An environment where you can work at Aida Engineering for a long time.

We provide an environment in which people can work in our factories as long as they are healthy and safe to work after they reach retirement age. We are developing our agri-business as an alternative to working safely in factories when it becomes difficult to do so. We are increasing the efficiency of agriculture by promoting automation and manpower saving so that the elderly and disabled can also work. We are striving to provide stable quality every year through open-field cultivation, and aim to further contribute to the local community.

Current Initiatives

Implementation of test cultivation

We are conducting test cultivation for commercialization, focusing on garlic, which is attracting attention as a health food, and shiitake mushrooms, which can help protect forests and prevent global warming by cultivating them.

Introduction of Agricultural DX

We are introducing agricultural DX and are aiming to automate and reduce manpower so that the elderly and disabled can perform the work. We aim to provide our customers with consistent quality every year in open field cultivation.

Consideration of processed products

Not only within the company, but also in collaboration with universities, we are developing and studying the marketing of high value-added processed foods.

Future vision utilizing local resources

Toward 6th industrialization

The primary industry (agriculture and livestock production) alone is considered to have low profitability and very difficult to expand business. Therefore, by carrying out 6th industrialization, we aim to revitalize agriculture and expand employment by increasing the income of people with disabilities, thereby making society more affluent.

Establishment of Antenna Shops

By renovating an old private house and using it as an antenna store, we will contribute to the local community by reusing resources and revitalizing depopulated areas.
