Management Philosophy

Founder’s Spirit

Our company will continue to strive for
“slightly advanced manufacturing” and
its improvement, betterment, and development of new products that can always be accepted by the international community.

We will also create individuals and companies that can respond
to rapid social and economic changes and
continue to grow and contribute to the community forever.
This spirit represents the “thoughts” and “determination” of our founder at the time of our founding in 1974. It was established as a guideline to clarify what our company should be in the future and as a guideline that we must grow toward that ideal.
As long as our company continues to exist, we will all carry on this spirit with us.

Management Philosophy

1. Our Mission

Pursue the happiness of our customers and employees, and continue to contribute to the community and society through manufacturing.

2. Our Goals

We will continue to work diligently every day to become a company and employee trusted by our customers.

3. Our Guiding Principles

Development, specification meetings, etc. are conducted directly with the other party, and conclusions are quickly drawn based on the wisdom of the other party.

In order to build a unique corporate culture, we must adhere strictly to the company’s fundamentals. We must act with a full understanding of what we must do to fulfill our mission, our ultimate goals, and our guiding principles.

Quality Policy

Based on the philosophy that quality and cost are one and the same, we will work as one to ensure that our quality is recognized around the world, and we will deliver products and services that can be trusted by all of our customers through thorough quality control by uniting our minds and skills in design and manufacturing. We will also ensure that all important communications and reports are thoroughly communicated by e-mail and in person, until the other party understands.

Management that values 5 people

1. Employees and their families
2. Outside employees and their families
3. Present and future customers
4. Local residents, especially the disabled and socially vulnerable
5. Investors and Supporting Organizations
It refers to management that values the five people involved in the company, whose priorities are numbered. Protecting employees and their families first and foremost, and fulfilling our role as a member of the local community will result in the sustainable and stable development of the company.
